Claudia Snyder is the assistant director of marketing communications for Penn State Executive Programs. She directs and facilitates external communications activities, including publicity and the development of all promotional materials. She also manages content on the Penn State Executive Programs' Web site. Claudia also oversees enrollment for open programs, personally assisting clients with the registration process. In her role as program manager, Claudia helps to facilitate program logistics and team development. Claudia has 20 years' experience in public relations, advertising and marketing for business-to-business and public service organizations. She served as advertising and publicity coordinator for the South Hills School of Business & Technology, a private job training school in State College, PA. She was also a member of South Hills' faculty where she taught English, speech, and business and technical communications. While at South Hills, she helped to launch a new initiative for certification training in Microsoft networking, Cisco Router, and OracleDBA. Claudia has also served two software development firms, Minitab, Inc. statistical software and the former OmniComp, Inc. facilities management software, where she coordinated and implemented advertising and publicity campaigns at national levels.
