Introduction
Patricia H. Gardner is Director of Executive Education at the Smeal College of Business. Prior to joining Penn State she was Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) for United Equity in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Gardner was Vice President US Operations for Smartlogik, a knowledge management software company in London, England.
Patricia was Vice President of AnswerThink Consulting Group for five years in Philadelphia, and worked nationally and internationally in management for over 22 years with Xerox Corporation. Some of her clients include AT&T, TransAmerica, Honeywell, Goodyear, Sears, GlaxoSmithKline, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Verizon, Unisys, ManuLife, Xerox, and Vanguard
Ms. Gardner owns Maximum Sales, Inc. and since 1999 has worked with many CEO’s and SVP’s executing her innovative process The Codebreaker Methodology throughout their organizations to sustain maximum revenue growth and improve profits. She is recognized as an innovative leader who sets direction, provides clarity, and transforms strategy into results in challenging environments.
Patricia is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and speaks internationally about her book The Million Dollar Sale (McGraw-Hill). She has articles and been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine, WSJ.com Startup Journal, Selling Power, American Management Association, Sales and Marketing Management Magazine, Insider Magazine, Sales Management Report, Canadian Women’s Business Network and more.
Ms. Gardner consulted extensively with the EMBA program at Temple University/Fox School of Business, and is a popular speaker with Wharton School of Business, Smeal College of Business, Penn State’s College of Communications, and American Business Media (NYC).
She has a B.A. in Sociology from Alfred University in New York, and advanced education from the State University of New York at Albany. Pat has traveled throughout Europe and lived in Kampala, Uganda; Cuernavaca, Mexico; Karachi, Pakistan; and Toronto, Ontario.
