Introduction

Janet joined the Smeal College of Business in 2001 after having served for thirteen years in a variety of student services-related roles at Penn State DuBois, including financial aid, admissions and student affairs.

Her primary responsibility as an advisor is to help students understand the academic and administrative processes of the university and to provide guidance as they set and achieve their educational goals and career objectives. In addition to academic advising, including Schreyer Honors advising, she serves as the liaison to the campus colleges and coordinates the Smeal undergraduate scholarship program.
